Thank you for your interest in our customer referral program. In an effort to make this program as simple as possible, the rules and regs are pretty simple. Please take a moment to review them, and if you agree, put a check in the "I agree" box at the bottom and press the continue button.

  1. Computer Concepts will pay referrer $25 per valid referral. Referrer must be a current customer, or an employee of a current customer to qualify for this program.
  2. Potential Customer must spend a minimum of $100 with Computer Concepts within 30 days of this form being submitted.
  3. Referral fee will be paid after minimum purchase has been paid in full.
  4. Potential Customer must not be a current or past customer of Computer Concepts. Past customers are defined as any customer who has done business with Computer Concepts within the past 18 months.
  5. In the event that multiple people submit referral information for the same potential new customer, the referral fee will be paid the first person to submit the referral.
